Yes, great ride. The suspension design makes powering up feel similar to a hardtail. Very little energy wasted on mashing. Pretty light frame too.
How you set up the bike is really vital in getting the right feel. So right now I have something that feels like a hardtail on the road, but have enough up front to take on harsher stuff. Things like stem rise, length, rear hub engagement, bar width, tires.... important things to take note of.
